About Me

Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

Nice location with sea view, good facilities - even umbrellas and beach chairs. There were three problems though: the TV didn't work for 10 days, the bed was quite uncomfortable and it was very noisy at night (which I probably wasn't aware of).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. No compensation, no apology just a response that "the owner was upset by your question about compensation". This was a very bad experience. The owners of this house do not take responsibility and expect the tenants to communicate and deal with problems in the house. A house with a cost of 4,000 euro per week is expected to at least function normally, such as kitchen, bathroom and pool. Example: Only one hob in the kitchen worked 5 of 6 days. Electric shocks from dishwasher. All the time. The pool pumps did not work for 3...

We have booked with HELLO HOMES several times now and the service is impeccable, the staff are super friendly and helpful. We have always had great apartments that were either in the center or in a quieter location, depending on our preferences. Stylish furnishings, quick communication and absolutely flexible and 100% recommended.

Great apartment in a great location with views of the beach from the small balcony. Thankfully had an AC unit in the main living area & fans within the bedrooms. Wifi was good, able to stream on multiple devices. Only criticism, 4no. beach towels would have been useful, we ended up buying a beach throw instead. Local museums & galleries well worth a visit...some have free entry first Wednesday of each month! Great location for train into Barcelona & the Airport. One of the first racing tracks (built 1923) on the outskirts, the Autòdrom de Sitge...

We had a great stay at La Gioia 2 with the team from Hello Homes. They were very communicative and responsive and the apartment had a fabulous location and was very spacious. It was well-equipped with towels, dishes, glasses, etc. I’d recommend just some kitchen/household basics like sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar to make this a ten star stay!
