About Me

Hello Homes Sitges is more than just a Holiday Rental and Real Estate company. Our story began more than 10 years ago when two friends traveled to New York for the first time, and that city changed their lives forever.
They lived in this incredible city for two years and began working in the new and still young sector of Vacation Rentals when Airbnb didn't even exist yet.
There they also trained in Property Management, Real Estate, E-commerce, Web Development, Tourism, Finance, and even Photography. Inspired by the energy of Manhattan, they learned how to become entrepreneurs and founded their first company, "Hello Apartments NYC," which still operates in Manhattan today.
If you put together two Sitgetans in New York with an entrepreneurial spirit, who come from the Tourism and Construction sectors—where one is an Economist, Visionary, and Salesperson, and the other is an Engineer, Self-taught, and Dreamer—you get "Hello Homes Sitges."
After this enriching experience, they decided to transfer this global vision of vacation rentals and real estate services to Sitges, their hometown.
Since then, we have formed a professional and multicultural team that grows day by day, and we work tirelessly to become the leading agency in holiday rentals and property management in Sitges. We have our own technology, created and developed by Hello Homes Sitges, and, most importantly, a highly qualified team capable of offering an efficient and personalized service.

The service from Hello Apartments left nothing to be desired, we would be happy to use it again. The Dortoka Apartment is practically right on the beach, which is unbeatable!

Staying at the Hello Apartment Sitges- The BEACH studio is one of the best travel experiences I have had.! Starting with the excellent communication with Nuria. Everything about the experience was first class. The apartment, the VIEW , coastside beach...wow. I will definitely be back.

Great staff (Pepa) to deal with, friendly, punctual, helpful, available 24/7 also on WhatsApp. Holiday rental at it's best - absolutly recommended. I was in Clarimar Apartment with big outdoor pool. Cozy comfortable secured central though quiet vintage apartment with 2 bigger and 1 small bedroom, all with windows and vent, AirCo in the living - enough for all, 2 full bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen with big fridge micro wave, oven and cookers. In the heart of this costal city a few steps from beaches, partying board walk, restaurant, train...
