Special Start with the Sitges Hospitality School

The Institut Joan Ramón Benaprès will kick off the festival with a special tapa created by the students of the hospitality school. This tapa will be served on the first day, Thursday, April 3, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m., marking the beginning of this celebration of flavors.
