Ferdinand

Ferdinand is a charming studio located on the second floor of a building without a lift, just 50 metres from the beach and on a vibrant street. If you enjoy going out in the evening for a drink or partying after a day at the beach, this apartment will captivate you. In just 3 minutes, you will be close to a lively area with bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets.

This space is ideal for couples or independent travellers who want to enjoy Sitges from a central location, close to the beaches and the busiest places. Everything you need for an entertaining holiday is just 25 metres away. The bedroom, integrated into the living room, has a comfortable double bed measuring 1.3 m x 1.90 m. Roller blinds provide privacy to each area of the studio.

The balcony, with a table and comfortable sofas, offers views of the sea and the lively Calle del Pecado. If you prefer to have fun without leaving home, simply take your glass of wine to the balcony and enjoy the view.

Although the kitchen is small, it is fully equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and microwave. In the living room, you will find a table and a sofa bed. The apartment has air conditioning, a fan and Wi-Fi. It is worth noting that the entire apartment has access to a balcony, but keep in mind that the street is one of the main streets in Sitges, where there are bars and restaurants that close after dawn. For this reason, the Ferdinand studio has a very effective enclosure to isolate the hustle and bustle at certain times.

Check in is at 3 pm. Arrivals after 9 pm have an extra charge of 30 €. Arrivals after midnight have an extra charge of 50 €. Early check in is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

Check out is at 11 am. Late check out is subject to availability and has to be previously coordinated with the Hospitality Manager.

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
