Located just a short walk from the centre of Sitges, supermarkets and the bus and train station, this apartment offers comfort and convenience. In addition, the beaches are just a 5-minute walk away.

Relax on the balcony and enjoy air conditioning throughout the accommodation. Dive into the large communal pool or park conveniently in the same building (private parking on request, for community residents outdoors).

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, deep fryer, toaster and kettle.

The apartment also has a lift, iron, internet access (wifi)

A photo ID issued by government authorities will be required at check in. A credit card or cash deposit will also be required at check in to cover any incidental.The special requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability at check in, they can incur in extra charges.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
