This beautiful townhouse is ideally located in the historic centre of Sitges, next to the sandy beaches and a short walk from the iconic church of San Bartolomé.

Everything is within a 5-minute walk, making it the ideal place to stay to explore the city and discover all its cultural heritage.

Built in 1922, this villa was renovated in 2022, exactly a century later.

Its modern simplicity blends perfectly with elements of its original design, such as high ceilings with decorative rosettes. It is spread over 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a gourmet kitchen, dining room and a living room with fireplace that opens onto the outside patio for al fresco dining on summer days when a shaded area is needed. There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and dryer as well as ironing facilities. There is also a guest toilet next to this room.

Going up the stairs to the first floor, we find 2 large double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One of them opens onto a balcony overlooking the quiet street, while the other, the master bedroom, has access to a large balcony that connects to the patio below.

From this floor you can choose to take the lift or the stairs to the second floor where you will find 2 more (smaller) double bedrooms that share a full bathroom with shower and a games room. The rooms are spacious and bright with large windows that open to the outside. They are also fully furnished with large built-in wardrobes. The games room has a large TV screen and a modular sofa design making it perfect for a movie night. It has a large terrace with a bird's eye view of the courtyard.

The elevator connects the last 2 floors to the rooftop, a hidden oasis in the middle of the city. At the front is the sunny terrace with olive and lemon trees, perfect for relaxing in the sun. You can see the sea at the end of the street where the beach awaits you, literally just a few steps away!

There is a shaded, covered area with a marble dining table made from recycled materials from the original structure of the house. It seats 6 people perfectly.

At the back there is a built-in barbecue (gas) with a sink, perfect for hosting a meal with family or friends! There is also a guest toilet.

Booking conditions:

A refundable security deposit of €3,000 will be requested in advance a few days before arrival.
Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited.
At the time of making the reservation, a payment corresponding to 50% will be required.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival.
Internet and utilities (water and electricity) are included in the rent.

Terms of Payment

A first payment of 30% has to be done to guarantee the reservation.
The remaining balance has to be paid 30 days prior to the check in date.

Taxes and Service Charges

Taxes and Service Charges:10% VAT included. City Tax of 1 € per person per night is included (maximum of 7 nights, children under 16 do not pay).

Security Deposit

The payment of the security deposit is required upon arrival by Credit Card. It will be returned within 7 days after your departure by Credit Card.

Cancellation Policies

The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. / The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In case of no show 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
