The Gioia 1

La Gioia 1 is a fantastic apartment on the front line of La Fragata beach in Sitges with spectacular views of the Church of Sant Bartomeu and Santa Tecla.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator.

From the terrace, where you can sit for breakfast or lunch, or simply relax, you can enjoy a wide and privileged, completely unobstructed view of both the sea and the fantastic church of Sant Bartomeu.

The house has two large bedrooms: one of them has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, large closets and air conditioning; and at the other end of the apartment we find the second bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobes and air conditioning.

In addition, the apartment has another bathroom with a shower tray.

The completely independent kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (refrigerator, microwave, oven, vitro, coffee maker, dishwasher...). The spacious living room has a large table to enjoy good meals, a sofa bed, a flat screen TV and access to the wonderful terrace.

The apartment has high-speed WiFi connection and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

It is an ideal apartment to watch from your balcony the town festivals that are celebrated in the church and on the promenade. From the apartment you can walk everywhere in Sitges.
