Boat Penthouse

The Barco penthouse is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator on Calle Mayor, a charming pedestrian street. It is a very quiet street full of personal brand stores and bars with the aroma of artisanal coffee.

The beach is a 3-minute walk away, and all shops and supermarkets are within walking distance of the apartment. Sitges train station and bus stop are less than 10 minutes walk away.

The apartment has 1 double bedroom with a double bed, a separate space with a screen with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a living room with access to the private terrace.

The room has large spaces to store your belongings.

The kitchen is American style, equipped with everything you need to prepare any meal.

There is also a table with chairs in a separate area of the living room, which serve as an indoor dining area.

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

From there we have access to the terrace with partial views of the sea and Calle Mayor. Equipped for sunbathing, having breakfast while watching people walk along Calle Mayor, or enjoying a candlelit dinner .

The Barco apartment is located on the same floor as the VELERO apartment. These are 2 penthouses that can be booked at the same time and are ideal for 2 couples traveling together who prefer to enjoy their privacy.

Arrival information:

Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
Pets allowed upon request.
Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins aftermidnight, there is a supplement of €50

Output information:

Check out time is 11am
Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Monthly Payments

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
