It has 2 double bedrooms with a desk, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another full bathroom on the floor. The living-dining room opens onto a small balcony where you can have breakfast in the mornings, whether it is winter or summer.

It is a flat on the second floor with a lift, with central heating and air conditioning. It is a small building with few neighbours, just a few metres from Bassa Rodona beach and close to shops, restaurants and services.

Arrival information:

Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay)
Check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check -ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50

Check out time is 11am
Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
