Reservation conditions:

A refundable deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival, by card.
Smoking and pets are completely prohibited.
At the time of formalizing the reservation it will be necessary to make a payment corresponding to 50%.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival
Internet and supply consumption (water and electricity) are included in the rent, with a maximum electricity consumption of €150/month.
Final cleaning and laundry separately: €250

Arrival information:

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50.

Departure information:

Check out time is 11 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure.

Be aware it is extremely loud, and food smells are strong in apt- Incredible location, and spacious. Very attentive staff if needed- highly recommend.
