This comfortable and quiet apartment is located in the Vinyet area of Sitges. It is on the second floor in a building with an elevator.

It is very close to the sea, you can see it from the balcony.

It is fully functional and equipped with all the essentials: built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine.

When we enter we find the hall, as we move forward we have the kitchen on one side and, on the other, a room with bunk beds and its own bathroom with a shower.

Next we find the spacious living room, where we have the sofa, the dining table, the television and a desk where we can work remotely or study comfortably.

The living room opens onto the large terrace, equipped with outdoor furniture consisting of comfortable sofas and a table where you can have breakfast outdoors.

This is connected to the double room. Upon exiting we find another bathroom with a shower and the room with a trundle bed that can sleep 2 people.

You won't regret coming here to spend the hottest month, just a few steps from the beach, and with incredible tranquility.

There is air conditioning in the living room, and it also has a good current as there are two exits to the terrace from the living room.

It is ideal for families or groups of friends and is an excellent option for all those looking for an apartment with a Mediterranean atmosphere.

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
