Beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms 10 minutes walk from the center of Sitges. Next to the municipal swimming pool and close to supermarkets and services.

Available the entire months of July and August.

Its 70 m2 terrace stands out, where you can spend the day enjoying the good weather. A wide variety of plants and flowers will make you feel like you are in a magical Eden that you will not want to leave. Furnished so that you can sunbathe or eat outside, at any time of the day. It has large awnings for the hottest days and decorative lighting for the most special evenings.

The apartment has parquet floors and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. It has central air conditioning and both the living room and the master bedroom have direct access to the terrace.

The living-dining room has a large table for all diners, as well as a comfortable sofa with chaise longue. High speed wi-fi internet throughout the apartment.

The master bedroom has a double bed and storage space, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

The smallest room has a single bed and a large wardrobe. There is another full bathroom in the apartment with a shower, as well as a separate area with the washing machine and cleaning utensils.

Due to its characteristics and dimensions, this apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Includes parking space in the same building. In a building with an elevator.

Rentals of minimum 30 nights and only upon request.

Electricity consumption is included in the monthly price, with a maximum consumption of €120/month. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of the rental.

Reservation conditions:

A refundable deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival, by card.
Smoking and pets are completely prohibited.
At the time of formalizing the reservation it will be necessary to make a payment corresponding to 50%.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival
Internet and supply consumption (water, electricity and gas) are included in the rent, with a maximum monthly electricity consumption of €100.
Final cleaning and laundry separately: €140

Check out time is 11 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure.

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
