Semi-basement studio in Vinyet, completely renovated, brand new. It is part of a single-family home, but with its own independent entrance. A few meters from the IAB in Can Pei.

It has parquet floors and is well lit, although it only has natural light going down the stairs from the entrance.

It is a single-room studio with a double Murphy bed for resting, a relaxation area with a sofa and TV, a leisure area with table football and a practical dining area for two people.

It has its own kitchenette with a portable stove, microwave, sink and small refrigerator.

The bathroom with shower is spacious and modern.

The sleeping area has a versatile fabric closet.

Expenses for supplies and internet are included in the monthly price.

This studio does not have a washing machine.

Arrival information:

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The signing of a rental contract for the stay will be requested.
For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50.

Departure information:

Check out time is 11 am.
Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure.
Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or visible place, never in the lock.

Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to two months' rent is necessary upon signing the lease. However, we can be flexible depending on the conditions of the contract.

Cleaning Fee

Each property includes a cleaning fee with a minimum set to keep the property in optimal condition.

Monthly Payments

Monthly payments will be made the first 5 days of each month by credit card via a payment link sent by email or in the office.

Supplies

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
