At the time of making the reservation, a payment corresponding to 50% will be required.
The remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival.
Internet and utilities (water, electricity and gas) are not included in the rent and will be charged to the tenant, with an initial value of €350/month.

Supplies are estimated and included in the rental price. At the end of the contract, they will be adjusted according to the initial and final meter readings and compared with the corresponding invoices.
