This is a large one double bedroom apartment and is located on the first (top) floor of the building (no lift). Upon entering the apartment you will find a good sized double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a bath and rain shower.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine. The kitchen leads into the main living area, where there is a dining table, a comfortable sofa and a smart TV.

If you like to enjoy the outdoors, the property has a large balcony where you can sunbathe and enjoy the spectacular sea views. You can also cool off in the building's communal pool.

The location of the apartment is ideal. It is close to the sea with Balmins beach just a few minutes away, restaurants and shops in both the marina and Sitges town are just a few minutes away so you will have everything you need within easy reach. Plus, it is just a short drive to Barcelona where you can visit famous tourist attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell.
